Refund policy

Exchange/Store Credit:

Non-Intimate Apparel (Sleepwear) is available for return within 14 days of purchase. A store credit or exchange will be issued if all requirements are met. We will not issue money refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your order.

***To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from all scents (including but not limited to body odor, perfumes, food, and smoke), with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.***

Final Sale: 

Intimate Apparel (Bras, Panties, Lingerie, Shapewear, and Swimwear) are unavailable for refund due to hygienic reasons. We wouldn't want anyone receiving used apparel! 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

***Our fitting advice is provided with the best of intentions; however, the final decision on size and style always rests with the customer.***

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at karen@fashionfoundations.caItems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: #118 1950 Harvey Ave, Kelowna BC, V1Y 8J8. All shipping costs in relation to the return will rest with the purchaser.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for exchange or store credit was approved or not.
